The Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship
This apprenticeship typically takes 18 months plus a 3 month period to complete end-point assessment. We work in partnership with employers and develop a programme to address training and development needs specific to the apprentice/employer. The apprentice will be allocated a dedicated tutor to support them and the apprenticeship will be delivered using a blended learning approach. Learning sessions will normally be conducted in the apprentice’s place of work and online. Upon completion, apprentices will achieve a recognised/accredited level 3 Early Years qualification, a full paediatric first aid qualification and some apprentices will need to achieve a level 2 in English and maths, if they do not already hold this.
The Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship
This apprenticeship typically takes 12 months plus a 3 month period to complete end-point assessment. We work in partnership with employers and develop a programme to address training and development needs specific to the apprentice/employer. The apprentice will be allocated a dedicated tutor to support them and the apprenticeship will be delivered using a blended learning approach. Learning sessions will normally be conducted in the apprentice’s place of work and online. Upon completion, apprentices will achieve a recognised/accredited level 2 Early Years qualification and some apprentices will need to achieve a level 1 in English and maths, if they do not already hold this.
Level 5 Learning and Skills Teacher Apprenticeship
This apprenticeship typically takes 24 months plus a 2 month period to complete end-point assessment. We work in partnership with employers and develop a programme to address training and development needs specific to the apprentice/employer. The apprentice will be allocated a
dedicated tutor to support them and the apprenticeship will be delivered using a blended learning approach. Learning and assessment sessions will normally be conducted online and in the apprentice’s place of work. Group sessions are also required, and these will be either conducted online or at a venue local to the apprentice. Upon completion, apprentices will achieve a level 5 Diploma in Education and Training, a level 2 safeguarding qualification and apprentices will need to achieve a level 2 English and maths qualification, if they do not already hold this.
The Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship
This apprenticeship typically takes 24 months plus a 5 month period to complete end-point assessment. We work in partnership with employers and develop a programme to address training and development needs specific to the apprentice/employer. The apprentice will be allocated a dedicated tutor to support them and the apprenticeship will be delivered using a blended learning approach. Learning sessions will normally be conducted in the apprentice’s place of work and online. Upon completion, apprentices will achieve a recognised/accredited level 5 Early Senior Practitioner qualification and some apprentices will need to achieve a level 2 in English and maths, if they do not already hold this.
