We adapted our delivery to utilise the Functional Skills platform more effectively and address areas identified as most challenging for learners first. We developed additional English/maths resources taking a blended learning approach and allocated the role of Functional Skills Specialist to provide additional, individual and face to face support in addition to embedded maths and English.
